  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and locations.
  • SmartKart reserves the right to restrict COD service in certain areas.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will usually make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

SmartKart will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Currently, SmartKart ships only within India unless otherwise specified on the website.
